Our trailer lot rent includes: 3000 gallons of water (you will be charged for water usage over that amount), trash, sewer, and private mailbox. Late fees are charged for over due accounts, no exceptions.
Mini storages are located beside for the property for storage needs (extra monthly fees are charged for storage rental).
We currently do not have any lots available for double wides, only single wides.
